Deep Drawn Brass Stampings
We design our deep drawn brass stampings using a precise, high-speed metal forming process. We produce custom brass ferrules and eyelets, which are metal caps that can shield, cover, connect, bind, or convey. Each brass component passes through a series of individual stages to produce high quality ferrules and eyelets. With over 70 years of manufacturing and deep drawing experience, we are able to serve clients in over 25 different industries.
Deep Drawn Brass Applications & Benefits
Deep drawn brass stampings have a number of practical uses in the automotive, plumbing, and electrical industries. In the automotive industry, brass stampings convey gasoline from a fuel line to a fuel rail to a combustion cylinder through an injector cup. In addition, their heat and wear resistant shield protects wire harnesses used in automotive oxygen sensors. In the plumbing industry, deep drawn brass ferrules are used within water heater connection applications. The hot and cold ductility of brass is useful in the conventional metal forming process. Deep drawn brass stampings are also easily cast and highly receptive to protective finishing.
