Founded in 1940, National Die Company is a leading manufacturer of custom formed deep drawn metal stampings, eyelets, enclosures, ferrules and metal components. Our deep draw capabilities service all industries including automotive in lock hardware, air bag, fuel delivery and oxygen sensors. Our non-automotive deep draw capabilities serve the aerospace, aerosol, appliance, battery, communications, compressor, electronic, electrical, engine, fuel delivery, fiber optics, fire prevention, HVAC, lock hardware, irrigation, medical, military, pharmaceutical, plumbing, and toy markets.
National Die Company offers design and engineering support to help our customers develop a deep drawn shell that will meet or exceed their expectations. National maintains the tooling for the life of the part eliminating any future tool charges to our customers. Warehousing is available to stock parts made on blanket orders to be released at customers request. One factor contributing to our success is the ability to redesign screw machine products and adapt them to a deep drawn stamping utilizing our high production multiple station transfer presses. Over 1,000,000 drawn parts can be produced per shift.
