National Die Company specializes in intricate and stainless steel electronic stampings. National can produce difficult electronic stampings utilizing our modern technology and up-to-date metal forming techniques. We are particularly proud of our in-house tooling capabilities combined with our design and engineering support team all of whom are eager and ready to interpret your ideas and develop an electronic stamping that will meet or exceed your expectations. National Die Company maintains the tooling for the life of the part eliminating any future tool charges to our customers. Warehousing is available to stock electronic metal stampings made on blanket orders to be released at customers’ request.
The raw materials used at National Die Company in our electronic metal stampings include stainless steels (300 & 400 series), low carbon cold rolled steels, pre-coated steels, aluminum (1100, 3003, & 5052), brass, bronze, and copper.
National Die Company has perfected the ability to develop and produce custom electronic metal stamping components. Each part is developed in individual stages as it transfers from station to station.
Forming operations which we can perform in the development of deep drawn metal stampings include coining and marking, beading, bulging, embossing, flange rolling, flange piercing, fluting, knobbing, knurling, lettering, multiple side piercing, reverse drawing, side stabbing, step drawing, threading and many other required electronic metal stamping part features in our transfer presses. These electronic metal stamping and deep drawn metal stampings are formed as completely as possible within the machine to eliminate and minimize the need for costly secondary operations.
National Die Company utilizes our local supplier partnerships to support us with the following metal stamping part finishing options: cleaning, deburring, passivation, barrel tumbling, machining, plating, black oxide, annealing and heat treating.
